Bid Info:   Sealed proposals will be received by the Board of Education of Lancaster County School District at the LPS Operations Building, 800 South 24th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68510, up to the hour of 2:00 pm, local time, on the 22th of April, 2021.

Project Location: Lincoln, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The Work involves all Construction indicated on the drawings and specifications, included but not limited to the following: Construction of walls, floors, roofs, structural systems, mechanical systems, electrical systems, interior and exterior finishes and associated site work for a activities complexes to be located on the Lincoln Public Schools New Northwest and Southeast Sites.



Job Purchase Information:
Construction Documents may be obtained at A & D Technical Supply for a refundable deposit of $500.00 made out to Lincoln Public Schools.

Deposits will be refunded if all documents are returned in good condition within 14 calendar days after the date of the bid opening.

A separate non-refundable check made out to A & D Technical Supply for an additional $75.00 is required if shipping is requested.

Partial sets will not be issued.

Per LPS, digital copies will be available upon approval from LPS. Approval could take 1-2 business days from time of placed order.

A digital download of the complete set is available for a non-refundable fee of $50.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.

Any obtained digital copies are solely for the purpose of bidding and are not to be redistributed outside of the office to which LPS approved digital access.
