at 420 East 11th Street, North Bend, Nebraska. After the meeting the attendees will be allowed to view
the existing conditions of the gymnasium All bidders are encouraged to be present. There is no other time
scheduled for inspection of the existing conditions.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the North Bend Central Public Schools shall receive sealed bids on
a Roofing Replacement contract including the standing seam insulated metal panel roof over the existing
gymnasium at North Bend Elementary located at 420 E 11th Street, North Bend, Nebraska; That said bids
shall be received by the Owner until 11:00 a.m., Friday, April 9, 2021 in the North Bend Central Public
Schools Office at 1320 Walnut Street, North Bend, Nebraska 68649. Immediately thereafter bids will be
publicly opened and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend.

The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Replacement of the standing seam insulated metal panel roof over the existing elementary
gym due to hail damage. Existing gutters, downspouts and snowguards are to be
salvaged for reuse. Contractor is to provide all trim, sealants, and fasteners as required
for a weather tight seal, in addition to other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
