PreBid Info:   The District will conduct a pre-bid tour for interested bidders at OPS Service Center, 4041 North 72d Street, Omaha, NE 68134, on MONDAY, MARCH 29, 2021 AT 10:00 AM (CT). Attendees should meet at the main front door of the Service Center to begin the tour. Bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-bid tour, but attendance is not mandatory. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, masks must be worn by all attendees.

Bid Info:   Sealed bids addressed to the Board of Education of the Omaha Public Schools, Douglas County, Nebraska, for the Site Security Improvements at OPS Service Center, Bid Number 21-023, for the Omaha Public Schools, hereinafter called the “District” in accordance with plans, specifications and Contract Documents adopted by the District, prepared by Lamp Rynearson will be received in the office of District Operational Services, Omaha Public Schools, Service Center 4041 N. 72nd Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68134 until 2:00 PM, CST, Friday, April 16, 2021. At that time, the bids will be publicly opened, read aloud and tabulation will be made to present to the Board of Education at the next regular meeting for consideration in awarding the Contract. Any bid received after the closing time will be returned unopened. The time clock maintained by OPS District Operational Services shall be the official clock utilized to determine the time for close of bidding.

This work involves furnishing all labor, materials, supplies and equipment to prepare and install new chain link fence and vehicle access gates at the OPS Service Center, 4041 North 72nd Street, Omaha, Nebraska.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $10.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
