Project Description: The site is approximately 2.5 acres with approximately 2.42 acres of buildable area within a portion of Lot 6 of the Northshore Commercial Replat 1 Subdivision within the City of Papillion. The building will have a maximum gross building area of approximately 20,000 square feet. The building will be 1 story with primary programmatic spaces including office space, adult training classrooms, a training shop and an assembly space (Union Hall). The site will include approximately 75 parking stalls, an outdoor plaza and a trash enclosure. There will not be on site exterior storage of equipment or materials. Design of the site and building will be completed to comply with the Mixed-Use Development Agreement and City of Papillion requirements.
