District Office Board Room, located at 11620 North 156th Street, Bennington, Nebraska 68007.
Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately and simultaneously in the presence of bidders, or
representatives of bidders, when the hour is reached for the bids to close.

Douglas County School District 059 (Bennington Public Schools) will receive Bids for a Combined
Contract, including General Construction, Mechanical, and Electrical Work, for site work and support
building improvements at the Bennington High School located at 16610 Bennington Road, Bennington,
Nebraska 68007. The Work includes site work at the existing bus barn to expand parking, high school drives, parking lots,
and lighting replacements, stadium seating expansion for approximately 450 seats, stadium concrete
retaining wall and guardrail repairs, existing restroom and concession building additions at approximately
1,700 SF, new softball restroom and concession building at approximately 1,250 SF, and new two story
softball pressbox building under alternate bids with a total area of approximately 288 or 576 SF depending
on which alternate bid is accepted. Work shall be completed in 4 phases through the summer of 2022.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon depositing the sum of one hundred-fifty dollars ($150.00) for each set of Documents. Checks shall be made out to DLR Group Inc. Builders Cards will also be accepted on this project.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $45.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
