Project Description: The product generally consists of repairs of the existing masonry and precast concrete exterior of the building. The scope of work includes tuckpointing and limited replacement of masonry, crack repairs to pre-cast panels, replacement of all exterior sealants, and the re-painting of pre-cast concrete exterior panels.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid documents may be obtained from A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc., 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 68508 upon receipt of a $30.00 refundable deposit, made payable to A&D Technical Supply.

Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued.

Deposits will be refunded if all documents are returned in good condition within 14 calendar days after the date of the bid opening.

Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available for a non-refundable fee of $15.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
