Attendance by all interested Contractors and Subcontractors is advised. Additional site observations shall be coordinated and scheduled with the school.

Franklin Street, Wilber, NE 68465”. Bids are due on or before March 19, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. CST

Public Notes:
The Project consists of the construction of Upgrading the auditorium lighting, theatrical lighting, associated theatrical lighting control system; upgrading the stage curtain systems; replacement of the stage flooring finish; replacement of the auditorium flooring finish and seating.

Bid documents may be obtained from A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc., 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 68508 upon receipt of a $25.00 refundable deposit, made payable to A&D Technical Supply.

Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued.

Deposits will be refunded if all documents are returned in good condition within 14 calendar days after the date of the bid opening.

Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are afor a non-refundable fee of $15.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
