Public Notes:
The Work consists of new 7,800 sq. ft. (8,908 sq. ft. including storage mezzanine) Pre- Engineered Metal Building, slab on grade in the new Collinsville Addition Subdivision. Building includes a large open shop area, as well as framed-out portion which include offices, meeting space, storage, a restroom and mechanical. A storage mezzanine will be constructed above the previously mentioned program.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid documents may be obtained from A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc., 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 68508 upon receipt of a $100.00 refundable deposit, made payable to A&D Technical Supply.

Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued.

Deposits will be refunded if all documents are returned in good condition within 14 calendar days after the date of the bid opening.

Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are afor a non-refundable fee of $20.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
