The District will conduct a pre-bid tour for interested bidders at Western Hills Elementary
School, 6523 Western Ave., Omaha, NE 68132, on MONDAY, MARCH 15, 2021 AT
10:00 AM (CT). Attendees should meet at the main front door of the building. Following
completion of the Western Hills Elementary School site tour, the tour will then proceed
directly to tour the Columbian Elementary School site which is being bid
contemporaneously with this bid. Bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-bid tour, but
attendance is not mandatory. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, masks must be worn by all
attendees.

childhood playground site and to install new concrete, unitary surfacing, and playground

accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by Vireo, Omaha, Nebraska
(“Architect”).
