The District will conduct a pre-bid tour for interested bidders at Columbian Elementary
School, 330 South 127th Street, Omaha, NE 68154, on MONDAY, MARCH 15, 2021 AT
10:00 AM (CT). Attendees will first tour the Western Hills Elementary School site, which
is being bid contemporaneously with this bid. Attendees should meet at the main front
door of Western Hills Elementary School at 6523 Western Ave., Omaha, NE to begin the
tour and will proceed directly to the Columbian Elementary School site at the completion
of the Western Hills Elementary school site tour. Bidders are encouraged to attend the prePage

bid tour, but attendance is not mandatory. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, masks must
be worn by all attendees.

accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by Vireo, Omaha, Nebraska (“Architect”).
