Sealed proposals will be received by the Clerk of said District at the office of FOLEYSHALD
ENGINEERING,LLC, 3803 North 153rd Street, Suite 203, Omaha, NE 68116 until 2:00 P.M. on the 11th
day of March, 2021, for furnishing all labor, tools, materials and equipment required for the project
designated as PCSMP BASIN MAINTENANCE for Sanitary and Improvement District 320, Sarpy
County, Nebraska, as per the plans and specifications for said work, at the locations shown on the detailed
drawings and in the specifications now on file at the office of FOLEYSHALD ENGINEERING, LLC, at
which time proposals received will be publicly opened, read aloud and tabulated.
