PreBid Info:   A pre-bid meeting (mandatory for General Contractors) will be held Monday, March 01, 2021, at 10:00 a.m., in the High School Commons at Central City Public Schools, 1510 28th Street, Central City, Nebraska. Tour at project site will follow.

Bid Info:   Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, March 11, 2021, in the High School Conference Room at Central City Public Schools, 1510 28th Street, Central City, Nebraska. Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at the above date and time, or shortly thereafter. Proposals will be received for a single general contract for the Work. Low bid will be based on base bid accepted by the Owner plus alternates accepted by the Owner. Substitutions will not be used to determine the low bidder. Faxed bids will not be acceptable. List of sub-contractors used will be required.

Addition of new FEMA rated community storm shelter and gymnasium.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to CMBA. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.


Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.


Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 10 calendar days of the project bid date to obtain a deposit refund.

ALL BID DOCUMENTS SHALL BE RETURNED TO THE OFFICE OF CANNON MOSS BRYGGER ARCHITECTS, 208 N. PINE STREET, SUITE 301, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801.
DO NOT RETURN PLANS TO A&D OR YOUR DEPOSIT CHECK WILL BE CASHED!
