Owner will receive sealed bids until the bid time and date at the location indicated
below. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to
Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows:
1. Bid Date: 03/17/2021.
2. Bid Time: 2:00 p.m., local time.
3. Submit bids via email to KT Nelson at ktnelson@mccneb.edu, with the title
"MCC @ The Ashton" and the name of the bidder written clearly in the email
header.
B. Bids will be thereafter privately opened.
1. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any
formalities or irregularities in bidding.
