Public Notes:
The Work of this Contract comprises the construction of the Capital Improvements and Renovation Project for Northwest High School located Omaha, Nebraska in accordance with the Contract Documents. The project site is located at 8204 Crown Point Avenue. The Owner will maintain the existing facilities and utilize the building during the school year. This Bid Package includes all scopes of work for the project with the exception of the Mechanical Scope of work. See Front End Bidding Requirements for detailed Scopes of Work.



Job Purchase Information:
Contractors may obtain full sets of Drawings and Project Manual from the following location:
A&D Technical Supply Co., 4320 So. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402) 592-4950, or by the Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.

A deposit in the amount of $150.00 made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. will be required for each set of bidding documents.

If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $55.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.

CD's and Downloads of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $45.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.

The deposit will be returned in full only if plans are returned within fifteen (15) days of the bid date.
