Bids shall be submitted prior to 11:00am on March 9th, 2021 and to the attention of Stephen Mainelli at
Millard Public Schools, Support Services Center, 13906 F Street, Omaha, NE 68137. Bids received after
the time indicated will not be accepted. The time clock maintained at MPS Support Services shall be the
official clock utilized to determine time for close of bidding. All visitors attempting to submit a bid shall be
required to request access using the video intercom when they arrive. Visitors will be asked screening
questions before being granted access to the building. All visitors must wear a mask or face covering and
must practice social distancing practices while in the building. Bids will be opened and read aloud via
virtual bid opening thirty minutes following the time indicated for receipt of bids. Bidders shall include an
email address on the outside of the bid envelope in order to receive an invitation to participate in the
Zoom meeting in which bids will be opened.
