Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows:

Project is an expansion of the existing clinic into the adjacent
bay. The 2,985 square foot space will be modified into exam rooms, and support
space. The existing building will receive modifications to the exterior facade.
Parking and landscaping will be refreshed.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon depositing the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each set of Documents. Checks shall be made out to OneWorld Community Health Centers, Inc. Builders Cards will also be accepted on this project.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 10 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
