BIC construction as the construction manager for the Food Bank of Lincoln invites you to submit a bid per bid package #4 drawings, prepared by Sinclair Hille and Olsson’s and associates.

Note that this is bid package #4, as such the following scopes have already been awarded and are NOT part of this bid package. So DONOT submit a bid for the following scopes: Site grading/excavation, Footings/Foundations, Reinforcing steel for slabs, Steel material, Precast material, Steel & Precast erection, Elevator. All other scopes are to be included as part of bid package #4.

Digital copies of the bid documents are available for a non-refundable fee of $20.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

A complete initial Hard copy of bid documents can be obtained for a $225.00 non-refundable fee paid to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Documents can be shipped UPS for an additional payment of $30.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.
