PreBid Info:   A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held for this project on February 18, 2021, at 4:00 p.m. local time. Bidders shall meet at the main entrance to Millard North Middle School. There is no other time scheduled for inspection of the existing conditions. Masks will be required to be worn by all attendees.

Bid Info:   Millard Public Schools shall receive sealed bids on a Combined Construction contract for the Interior Renovations at North Middle School, 2828 S. 139th Street, Omaha, Nebraska. Bids shall be received by the Owner until 11:00 a.m. March 4, 2021 by Steve Mainelli, at 13906 F Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68137. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.

The project includes demolition work, miscellaneous finishes upgrades & improvements, and related mechanical/electrical work.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $70.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Hard copy bid documents do not need to be returned as no refund will be issued.
