PreBid Info:   A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held for this project on February 17, 2021, at 3:00 p.m. local time. Bidders shall meet at the main entrance to Morton Elementary School. There is no other time scheduled for inspection of the existing conditions. Masks will be required to be worn by all attendees.

Bid Info:   Millard Public Schools shall receive sealed bids on a Combined Construction contract for the Interior Renovations at Morton Elementary School, 1805 S. 160th Street, Omaha, Nebraska. Bids shall be received by the Owner until 10:00 a.m. March 2, 2021 by John Brennan, at 13906 F Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68137. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.

Public Notes:
The project includes demolition work, miscellaneous finishes upgrades & improvements, a partial re-roof, and related mechanical/electrical work. Materials to be incorporated into the complete project shall be purchased tax exempt in the name of the Owner, and the Bidder shall exclude from his Bid all State of Nebraska and Local Option Sales and Use Tax for such materials in accordance with the General and Supplementary Conditions of the Contract for Construction.

Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Hard copy bid documents do not need to be returned as no refund will be issued.
