Bids are due on or before MARCH 3, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. CST for the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and services for the Project, Bid #21-006.

Public Notes:
The Work includes: 1. The replacement of the existing three energy recovery dedicated outdoor air units with low dewpoint energy recovery units complete with total energy recovery wheel. 2. Replacement of the existing propylene glycol loop currently serving just one of the ERUs and expanding it to serve all three units. The replacement loops will include new pumps with VFDs, heat exchanger, and hydronic accessories. 3. The replacement of the existing R-22 water source heat pumps and the corresponding filter return grille for each unit. 4. Replacing the existing air separator on the loop field piping system. 5. Remove and replace the existing ceiling, ductwork, and mechanical equipment in the pre-k/kindergarten area due to mold problems. This project shall NOT include any mold remediation which shall be performed outside the scope of this project. The contractor shall coordinate the demolition and installation of the Pre-k /Kindergarten area with the mold remediation project.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $25.00 payable to Council Bluffs Community School District.
*A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 10 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
