Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Location: Delivered electronically to LKnowles@boydjones.biz. Bids will be thereafter privately opened. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities or irregularities in bidding.

Project Location: Lincoln, Nebraska

Public Notes:
Project consists of a 65,000 SF renovation and 37,000 SF, two story addition. Steel framed construction providing variety of new support spaces for students and staff.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $300.00 payable to Southeast Community College. *A Builder's Card will be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $55.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days from the bid date to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
