PreBid Info:   The District will conduct a mandatory pre-bid conference for interested bidders. The prebid conference will be held on MONDAY, February 8, 2021 at 8:30 AM (CT) at District Service Center, Conference Rm. 1. The Service Center is located at 4041 N. 72nd Street, Omaha, Ne 68134. As a part of the pre-bid meeting, a walkthrough of the Group 1 buildings will be held. All attendees are required to sign-in at the start of the Pre-Bid conference, and only the attendees will be allowed to submit a bid. Bids received from Page 4 of 27 bidders not attending the pre-bid conference will be returned unopened. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, masks must be worn by all attendees.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $10.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
