Bid Info:   Bids must be on a Lump Sum basis. Bids will be received until 2:00 PM (CST), on Tuesday February 23, 2021, at Wavery School District 145 Central Office, 14511 Heywood Street, P.O. Box 426, Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately and simultaneously in the presence of bidders, or representatives of bidders, when the hour is reached for the bids to close.

Project Location: Waverly, Nebraska

Public Notes:
Bids will be received for a Combined Contract for the removal and replacement of the existing High School asphalt track and irrigated natural turf field and the installation of a new post-tensioned IAAF track and synthetic turf field. Scope includes the relocation of existing athletic field lighting and the removal and replacement of long and high jump field events. The track surfacing and field infill will utilize recycled Nebraska rubber.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon depositing the sum of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each set of Documents. Checks shall be made out to DLR Group Inc. Builders Cards will also be accepted on this project.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
