A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 4:00 p.m., Tuesday February 2, 2021 in the Cafeteria space at
North Bend Elementary School at 420 East 11th Street, North Bend, Nebraska. After the meeting the
attendees will also be allowed to tour the facilities at the High School located at 1320 Walnut Street,
North Bend, Nebraska. All bidders are encouraged to be present. There is no other time scheduled for
inspection of the existing conditions.

Nebraska 68649. Immediately thereafter bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All interested
parties are invited to attend.
Bids must be on a Lump Sum basis and shall be in accord with the Instructions to Bidders.
