All sealed bids must be delivered to the office of HGM Associates Inc. (640 5th Avenue,
Council Bluffs, Iowa) prior to the official BID OPENING, as stated below, at which time they
will be opened and read aloud. The Bidder assumes the risk of any delay in the mail. Bids
received after the OFFICIAL BID OPENING will be returned unopened.
MARK ENVELOPES: The bid proposal must be filled out on the form prescribed and
enclosed in a sealed envelope which shall be endorsed on the outside, Bid #21-004: Carter
Lake, College View and IT Joint Repairs.
