PreBid Info:   A prebid conference for all bidders will be held at the Project Site on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at 9:00 am CST. Prospective prime bidders are encouraged to attend. The prebid conference will also be held virtually as an option.

Bid Info:   Owner will accept sealed bids until the bid time and date indicated below. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows: Bid Date: Tuesday, February 2, 2021. Bid Time: 2:00 pm CST Sealed Bids shall be submitted to Green Hills AEA at 24997 IA-92, Council Bluffs, IA 51503 at the date and time indicated above. Bids shall be sealed in an envelope with “Green Hills AEA Conference Center Bid” along with the name of the Bidder. In addition to the Sealed Bids, Bidders shall also submit in a separate envelope containing the Bid Security and labelled accordingly. Bids submitted after the date and time indicated above will not be accepted.

Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Hard copy bid documents do not need to be returned as no refund will be issued.
