Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 PM (CST), Thursday, January 28, 2021. Bids received
after this time will not be accepted.
A. If the bid is sent by mail, it shall be enclosed in a separate mailing envelope with
notation, "Sealed Bid Enclosed," on the face thereof and shall be directed to: Charley
McWilliams, Facilities Maintenance Manager, at the office of the Owner, located at P.O.
Box 82554, 1500 R Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, 68501.
B. If hand delivering the bid, label the envelope "Proposal for The Roof Replacement of the
Neligh Mill State Historical Site”, drop-off at the reception desk at the Nebraska History
Museum, 131 Centennial Mall North, Lincoln, Nebraska 68508.
C. After 2:00 PM (CST) Bids will be taken to the office of the 309 Task Force for Building
Renewal, located at 1526 K Street, Suite 210, Lincoln, Nebraska, 68508. Where they will
be opened and read aloud by the Owner in the 2nd floor Conference Room 2B.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $25.00 payable to Jackson-Jackson & Associates. *A Builder's Card will be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $10.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 10 days of the bid date to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
