Public Notes:
Project Description: Work includes the removal of the existing HVAC and electrical system and re-installation of new systems at Park Middle School. The project will occur with students in the school, and as such will have multiple phases as the systems are removed throughout the facility. An addition will also be added to the cafeteria.



Job Purchase Information:
Construction Documents may be obtained at A & D Technical Supply for a refundable deposit of $250.00 made out to Lincoln Public Schools.

Deposits will be refunded if all documents are returned in good condition within 14 calendar days after the date of the bid opening.

A separate non-refundable check made out to A & D Technical Supply for an additional $20.00 is required if shipping is requested

Partial sets will not be issued.

Per LPS, digital copies will be available upon approval from LPS. Approval could take 1-2 business days from time of placed order.

A digital download of the complete set is available for a non-refundable fee of $25.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.

Any obtained digital copies are solely for the purpose of bidding and are not to be redistributed outside of the office to which LPS approved digital access.
