Public Notes:
This Project includes a new Hitachi VRF system and associated controls for resident rooms and student lounges. New Reznor DOAS units on the roof of the north and south wings shall provide ventilation air to each of the resident rooms. Base bids for this project must include the Hitachi VRF and Reznor DOAS systems as noted on the construction documents. Alternate manufacturers will be considered, and their associated costs may be included as separate line items.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
