A pre-proposal conference will be held on Monday,
January 4, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. in person, or by remote means, at the School’s administrative
office at 611 W. 7th Street, Wayne, Nebraska. COVID-19 mandated social distancing will be
observed and face masks must be worn by all attendees. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference
is not mandatory but highly encouraged. The pre-proposal conference will include an overview
of the Project design to date, with an opportunity for prospective proposers to ask questions about
the Project.

Proposals are due and must be received at the School’s
administration office located at 611 W. 7th Street, Wayne, Nebraska, no later than 2:00 p.m. on
January 20, 2021. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “PROPOSAL FOR
CM@R FOR WAYNE HIGH SCHOOL BUILDING”. Eight (8) hard copies and one (1)
electronic copy (PDF on USB flash drive) of the proposal document shall be included. Facsimile,
e-mail or other electronic or telephonic transmittals will not be accepted. Any proposal received
after the required date and time may be rejected. Proposal responses must include a completed
Proposal Verifications, Consents and Agreements, the form of which is included as Appendix “D”.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $10.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
