PreBid Info:   A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held for this project on December 21, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. local time. Bidders shall meet at Millard West High School (5710 S. 176th Avenue) at the northern end of the western face of the building near where the doors are proposed to be replaced. Following Millard West High School, the group will proceed on to Anderson Middle School, Neihardt Elementary, Rockwell Elementary, Ron Witt Service Center and finally Millard North High School. There is no other time scheduled for inspection of the existing conditions.

Bid Info:   Millard Public Schools shall receive sealed bids on a Combined Construction contract for the Replacements of Doors at Multiple Sites across the School District. Bids shall be received by the Owner until 10:00 a.m. January 5, 2021 by John Brennan, at 13906 F Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68137. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids must be on a Lump Sum basis and shall be in accord with the Instructions to Bidders.

Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Hard copy bid documents do not need to be returned as no refund will be issued.
