PreBid Info:   A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held for this project on December 21, 2020, at 3:00 p.m. local time. Bidders shall meet at Central Middle School – door to the Annex Building west of the main school. There is no other time scheduled for inspection of the existing conditions.

Bid Info:   Millard Public Schools shall receive sealed bids on a Combined Construction contract for the Young Adult Program Restroom Update 2021 at the Central Middle School Annex Building, 12801 L St, Omaha, Nebraska. Bids shall be received by the Owner until 10:00 a.m. January 6, 2021 by John Brennan, at 13906 F Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68137. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids must be on a Lump Sum basis and shall be in accord with the Instructions to Bidders.

Public Notes:
The project includes demolition work, miscellaneous finishes upgrades & improvements, related electrical and mechanical work and the provision and installation of a patient lift within a restroom of the building. Materials to be incorporated into the complete project shall be purchased tax exempt in the name of the Owner, and the Bidder shall exclude from his Bid all State of Nebraska and Local Option Sales and Use Tax for such materials in accordance with the General and Supplementary Conditions of the Contract for Construction.

Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Hard copy bid documents do not need to be returned as no refund will be issued.
