Wayne State College is in the process of adding air conditioning to Terrace Hall. The project includes but is not limited to the following major elements: · Installation of new wall hung fan coil units in resident rooms and other areas of the facility. · Installation of air-cooled heat pump units on grade. · Piping of the new units as detailed and in conformance to manufacturer requirements. · Electrical modifications as detailed. · Pricing of an alternate to install air source heat pump units and fan coil units identified as an Alternate on the documents, including all equipment, piping, electrical and control work complete.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
