Bid Info:   Sealed bids for the construction and installation of water works improvements for and on behalf of the Council Bluffs Water Works will be received by the Secretary of the Board of Water Works Trustees of the City of Council Bluffs, Iowa at 2000 North 25th Street, Council Bluffs, Iowa, until 1:30 PM on the 10th day of December, 2020, at which time the Secretary and Engineer will publicly open the bids in the Board Conference Room at said address, announce the amount of the bids, and file all proposals received.

Public Notes:
The project consists of approximately 490 feet of 8-inch HDPE water main installed by horizontal directional drilling methods and 220 feet of 8-inc DI water main near 40th Street and Dodge Riverside Drive in the City of Council Bluffs, Iowa.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to HGM Associates. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from the date of award to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
Downloads and CDs are NOT ALLOWED per City of Council Bluffs.
