Bidders are encouraged to attend a pre-bid conference at Neligh-Oakdale Public Schools, 600 J Street, Neligh, Nebraska, 68756, on Monday, November 30, 2020, at 4:00 pm to familiarize themselves with the site conditions, Bidding requirements, General/Supplementary Conditions of Construction, and to ensure comprehension of the specifications. Bidders attending the pre-bid conference are required to wear masks or face coverings and engage in social distancing while on site.

Bids must be made on the bid form contained in the Instructions to Bidders. One (1) completed copy of the bid form, signed by the bidder, shall be addressed and delivered to Neligh-Oakdale Public Schools, Attn: Superintendent, 600 J Street, Neligh, Nebraska 68756. Bids will be received until 4:00 pm CST on December 9, 2020, at which time they will be opened publicly and simultaneously in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives. Any bid received after the deadline will not be opened or considered, and will be returned to bidder.

The Project consists of the remodel of select portions of the building. Remodel includes removal of existing steam boilers, removal of pneumatic temperature controls, installation of new water source heat pumps, new boiler, new energy recovery ventilators, hydronic piping, ductwork, and associated electrical, general, and temperature control work.

Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Hard copy bid documents do not need to be returned as no refund will be issued.
