Bidders expressing interest to the Architect (krosburg@bvh.com) by 24 hrs. prior, will be sent a Zoom link for the pre-bid meeting. Contractors wishing to access the Neihardt Elementary School roof will need to make an appointment by contacting Jeremy Madson at least 72 hours in advance. Unscheduled site visits are required to be after 4:00 p.m. or on weekends. Contractors wishing to view the UNDERSIDE of the roof deck conditions should meet at the main school entrance on Wed., Dec. 2nd at 3:00 p.m. and should bring their own ladders to access above ceiling locations.

New 60 mil EPDM roof system for Millard Public Schools/Neihardt Elementary School-Roof B, C, D, F, I, L, M & N, located at 15130 Drexel Street, Omaha, NE 68137. The project includes removal of existing BUR system and flashings, and re-roofing with a new fully adhered 60 mil EPDM roof system, polyisocyanurate insulation, tapered crickets, new flashings, edge metal, vent stacks, wood nailers, and miscellaneous sheet metal and electrical work. Approximate area to be re-roofed is 16,581 S.F.
