Public Notes:
1. New Construction Addition to Northside of Existing Thermo King Building Located in Hastings, NE
2. Structure will Accommodate a 6,900 sf internal manufacturing space
  • Outside Windows and siding to meet “Like” construction, roof pitch to match existing structure, and roof materials to match.
  • Outside color to be agreeable gray
  • To include relocation of storm sewer, PIV
3. Replace Parking Reduced from New Construction
  • Proposal Base Bid, Thermo King Parking Lot Makeup Spaces lost from Addition.
  • Additional parking for new employees.
  • Proposal of New Construction will include additional lighting, create road around new construction, necessary striping for new parking stalls
  • Add minimum landscaping in greenspace setback from curb to match existing greenspace
4. Create Employee entrance on West side of new Construction (Optional)
