Bids may be submitted in person at the MPS Support Service Center (13906 F Street) during typical hours of operation of 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. until November 24, 2020 AT 9:00A.M. local time. All visitors attempting to submit a bid shall be required to request access using the video intercom when they arrive. Visitors will also be asked screening questions before being granted access to the building, all visitors must wear a mask or face covering and must practice social distancing practices while in the building. Bids will be time stamped at the time of receipt and will be publicly opened via a virtual bid opening. Bidders will be emailed a Zoom link at the time of submission of the bid to join the bid opening beginning 9:00 a.m. at which time Lamp Rynearson and MPS will open the bids and verify their completeness and create a bid tabulation.
