PreBid Info:   AA Pre-bid meeting will be held for this project on November 11th, 2020 at 3:00 PM local time. Bidders shall meet at the projects site school’s main entrance. All bidders are encouraged to attend. No other time is scheduled for inspection of the project area. Bidders attending the pre-bid conference are required to wear masks or face coverings and engage in social distancing while on site.

Bid Info:   Bids shall be submitted prior to 10:00 AM (CST), Tuesday, November 24th, 2020 and to the attention of John Brennan at Millard Public Schools, Support Services Center, 13906 F Street, Omaha, NE 68137. Bids received after the time indicated will not be accepted. The time clock maintained at MPS Support Services shall be the official clock utilized to determine time for close of bidding. Virtual Opening: Bids will be time stamped at the time of receipt and will be publicly opened via a virtual bid opening. After submitting the bid, bidders will be emailed an invitation to join the virtual bid opening conducted via Zoom starting 30 minutes past the deadline for submittal, at which time Morrissey Engineering and Millard Public Schools (MPS) will open the submitted bids, verify their completeness and create a bid tabulation. Bidders wishing to attend the virtual bid opening shall provide their e-mail address on the outside of the Bid Envelope.

Public Notes:
Project consists of replacement of three existing multizone rooftop units and one variable air volume rooftop unit. Control for new rooftop equipment are part of this project.

Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
