All qualification statements shall be sealed and must be received at the office of the Superintendent of Schools located at 6th & Hayward, Chappell, Nebraska at or prior to 2:00 p.m. MST on November 24, 2020. Qualification statements may be delivered in person, via United States Mail, or parcel service. Qualification statements will not be received by facsimile transmission, e-mail, or any other electronic or telephonic means. Qualification statements received after the date and time above may be rejected. Submitted qualification statements will be immediately and simultaneously opened and recorded in the presence of those submitting proposals, or their representatives. Following the opening of qualification statements, the submitting qualification statements will be evaluated.
