Contractors wishing to access the Abbott Elementary School roof will need to make an appointment by contacting Jeremy Madson at least 72 hours in advance. Unscheduled site visits are allowed after 4:00 p.m. or on weekends.

Your firm is invited to submit a proposal for the project(s) known as Millard Public Schools-Abbott Elementary School - Roof Replacement Phase III (Areas B-3 & C) until 9:00 a.m. local time on Thursday, November 12, 2020. Thirty (30) minutes later, bids will be opened via a ZOOM bid opening and read aloud. Contractors turning in bids will receive a Zoom link for the bid opening. New 60 mil EPDM roof system for Millard Public Schools/Abbott Elementary Schools-Roofs B-3 & C, located at 1313 N. 156th Street, Omaha, NE 68118. The project includes removal of existing BUR system and flashings, and re-roofing with the new fully adhered 60 mil EPDM roof system, vapor barrier (roof B-3), polyisocyanurate insulation, tapered crickets, new flashings, edge metal, vent stacks, wood nailers, and miscellaneous sheet metal and electrical work. the project also includes installation of several exhaust fans furnished by the Owner. Approximate area to be re-roofed is 14,718 S.F.
