Westside High School is served by geothermal water source heat pumps which WCS desires to replace as they are near the end of their usual life. The project includes, but is not limited to the following major elements: Removal of existing WSHPs, Removal of existing heat pump loop piping and accessories, General demolition to accommodate project, Installation of new WSHPs (WSHPs furnished by Westside School District), Installation of new WHSP coil packages (piping and accessories), Installation of new temperature controls for each WSHP, Commissioning new equipment and controls, Electrical modifications to accommodate new mechanical equipment, General Construction to accommodate new mechanical equipment. The temperature controls for this project shall be provided by Trane.
