PreBid Info:   A pre-bid conference will be held at Northeast High School, 2635 N. 63rd St., Lincoln, NE, on October 22nd, 2020 at 3:30 p.m. local time. The pre-bid meeting is mandatory for any general contractors wishing to bid. Contractors and Subcontractors should check at the main office and staff will direct them.

Bid Info:   Sealed proposals will be received by the Board of Education of Lancaster County School District at the Operations Department, 800 South 24th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68510, up to the hour of 2:00 pm, local time, on the 5th of November, 2020 for the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and services for the Project, Bid No. 9740.

Public Notes:
The Work involves all Construction indicated on the drawings and specifications, included but not limited to the following: scope of work will include interior enhancements and upgrades to the Art and FCS program areas, addition of 2 new family restrooms, lighting upgrades to two of the gymnasiums and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents



Job Purchase Information:
Construction Documents may be obtained at A & D Technical Supply for a refundable deposit of $50.00 made out to Lincoln Public Schools.

Deposits will be refunded if all documents are returned in good condition within 14 calendar days after the date of the bid opening.

A separate non-refundable check made out to A & D Technical Supply for an additional $20.00 is required if shipping is requested.

Partial sets will not be issued.

Per LPS, digital copies will be available upon approval from LPS. Approval could take 1-2 business days from time of placed order.

A digital download of the complete set is available for a non-refundable fee of $20.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.

Any obtained digital copies are solely for the purpose of bidding and are not to be redistributed outside of the office to which LPS approved digital access.
