Bid Info:   Bertrand Community School will receive sealed proposals for this project until 2:00 PM Central Time on October 29, 2020 at the School in Bertrand at 503 School St, Bertrand, NE 68927. Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Please check in at the main office. Paulsen Inc, out of Cozad, NE has been pre-selected as Construction Manager for this project.

Public Notes:
Project: Consist of a new 3,325 square foot preschool and classroom addition to the south end of the existing elementary wing of the facility. There will be a small storm shelter portion of the project located in the middle east classroom.



Job Purchase Information:
Copies of plans and specifications may be obtained from A & D Technical Supply of Lincoln on October 6th upon payment of a $100.00 deposit for each set.

Documents can be mailed for an additional non-refundable check of $25.00 made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.

A digital copy of bid documents is available for a non-refundable fee of $25.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.

The deposit will be refunded upon return of the plans and specifications in good condition within 45 days after the bid opening date.
