Public Notes:
Project Description: In general, Work consists of renovation of approximately 2,900 s.f. of current restaurant space and adjacent empty tenant space into one expanded restaurant. Work includes demolition of the dining room and serving counter spaces of the current Sultan’s Kite restaurant, along with demolition of the adjacent empty space, and new construction to expand the restaurant into the adjacent space for additional seating and more serving area. Specific work includes new finishes throughout, casework, aluminum storefront, ceilings, lighting and modifications to HVAC, construction of a new restroom and kitchen storage areas, along with modifications to the existing kitchen and restrooms. The restaurant will be closed during construction. Work is intended to begin as soon as possible after bid acceptance, extending through the end of the year. Timeline of the work is to be proposed by the bidder.

The said Documents have been prepared by Erickson Sullivan Architects and may be obtained from A & D Technical Supply for a refundable deposit of $20.00, contact 402-474-5454 to obtain documents. Documents are also available for viewing at the Lincoln Builders Bureau.

Documents can be mailed for an additional non-refundable check of $15.00 made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.

A digital copy of bid documents is available for a non-refundable fee of $15.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.

Deposits will be returned in full upon giving the complete set in good condition and any received addenda to A&D Technical Supply within 14 days of the bid opening. Partial sets will not be issued.
