Bidders attending the pre-bid conference are required to wear masks or face coverings, and engage in social distancing while on site.

BIDS ARE DUE: 9:00 AM (CST), THURSDAY, OCTOBER 29, 2020. Submit bids in a sealed opaque envelope marked: BID ENCLOSED, Harvey Oaks Elementary School Chiller Replacement, and address as follows: Jeremy Madson, Project Manager, Millard Public Schools, Support Services Center, 13906 F Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68137. Bids may be submitted in person at the MPS Support Services Center during typical hours of operation of 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM until the date and time bids are due. All visitors attempting to submit a bid shall be required to request access using the video intercom when they arrive. Visitors will be asked screening questions before being granted access to the building. While in the building, all visitors are required to wear a mask or face covering and must use social distancing practices. Bids will be time stamped at the time of receipt and will be publicly opened via a virtual bid opening. After submitting the bid, bidders will be emailed an invitation to join the virtual bid opening conducted via Zoom starting 30 minutes past the deadline for submittal, at which time, Morrissey Engineering and MPS will open the submitted bids, verify their completeness, and create a bid tabulation.

Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued. CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
