Bid Info:   Sealed proposals will be received by the Board of Education of Lancaster County School District at the Operations Department, 800 South 24th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68510, up to the hour of 2:00 pm, local time, on the 15th of October, 2020 for the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and services for the Project, Bid No. 10038. Bids shall be addressed to the attention of Matt Bellamy, Director of Purchasing c/o Operations Department at LPS, 800 S. 24th St. Lincoln, NE 68510. Bid Security will be required for this Bid.

Public Notes:
The Work involves all Construction indicated on the drawings and specifications, included but not limited to the following: removal of approximately 28,000 ft2 of asphaltic pavement in a portion of the parking lot west of Seacrest Field, replacement with Portland cement concrete pavement, and installation of other associated infrastructure. Specific construction activities will include: removal of asphaltic pavement and existing curb and gutter, replacement with 8” thick Portland cement concrete, installation of concrete container stop (modified curb) and gutter, creation of new median, installation of three utility poles and associated conduit for mounting cameras (mounting to be completed by others), and installation of chain link fence with privacy slats as indicated in construction documents.



Job Purchase Information:
Construction Documents may be obtained at A & D Technical Supply for a refundable deposit of $50.00 made out to Lincoln Public Schools.

A separate non-refundable check made out to A & D Technical Supply for an additional $20.00 is required if shipping is requested.

A digital copy of bid documents is available for a non-refundable fee of $20.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.

Deposits will be refunded if all documents are returned in good condition within 14 calendar days after the date of the bid opening.
