Bid Info:   Proposals must be submitted to the Construction & Facilities Management Office, Nebraska Army National Guard, 2433 NW 24th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68524 before 1:30pm on 9/24/2020 and then opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00pm.

Public Notes:
The work covered by this Scope of Work (SOW) consists of furnishing all services, labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, lifts, licenses and permits required to replace an out dated projector screen system with a more up to date viewing experience. In addition to the bid items, provide the following narrative: 1. Provide system schematic showing major audio/visual system components with inputs, outputs, and associated interconnections illustrated. 2. Provide a statement that all major system components will demonstrating compliance with the Buy American Act. 3. Describe your company’s service capabilities demonstrating compliance with a required 4 hour response time. 4. Explain how your proposed system will accommodate the video teleconferencing requirements of the space without recreating the limitations present in the existing conference room. 5. The building experiences building vibration from aircraft. Explain how your proposed microphone system will minimize external noise to provide a clear teleconferencing experience.

If a bidder requests a set to be mailed, a separate nonrefundable payment of $15.00 dollars per set, payable to A&D Technical, shall be included to cover handling and postage.

A digital download of the complete set is available for a non-refundable fee of $15.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.
