Bid Info:   Bids will be received until September 11, 2020 at 1 PM CST. Bids shall be delivered by the date and time indicated above to McCarthy Building Companies. Bids shall be received via Email or Hand Delivered. Emailed Bids shall be a single PDF document emailed to x42ndandYbids@mccarthy.com. This is the only email address bids will be received. The subject line shall read "OPS 42nd and Y Middle School bid Work Category No. ______" Hand Delivered Bids shall be placed in an opaque envelope and clearly marked with the words "OPS 42nd and Y Middle School Work Category No.____" and delivered to McCarthy Building Companies, 4201 S. 130th Street, Omaha, NE 68137. This will not be a public opening.

Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $60.00 payable to A&D. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned in 'like new' condition to the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. within 14 days of the bid opening to obtain a deposit refund.
