PreBid Info:   The Pre-Bid Walk-Through (not mandatory) will be held at the site (3000 Lincoln Street) on August 26, 2020 at 10:00 AM at the Administration Building (843 Wallman Dr.). Visitor parking is available in the lot on the east side of Wallman Drive; meet at building’s main entry. Please note the campus has Infectious controls in place that will require attendants to submit for testing before proceeding on campus. Actual Pre-Bid meeting will be @ the maintenance managers office.

Bidding Documents may be obtained from A&D Technical Supply (1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE Phone: 402-474-5454), or by visiting http://www.adtechsupply.com. Bidding documents will be released upon receipt of a $50.00 deposit, checks payable to A&D Technical Supply

If a bidder requests a set to be mailed, a separate nonrefundable payment of $20.00 dollars per set, payable to A&D Technical, shall be included to cover handling and postage.

A digital download of the complete set is available for a non-refundable fee of $20.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.

Deposits will be refunded if all documents are returned in good conditions within 30 calendar days after the date of the bid opening.
